The receptionist was very nice and informative. The room was dark and quiet at night because it was on the fourth floor. I also appreciated the noon checkout. It gave me plenty of time. I found enough storage space for my belongings too.

the staff were always ready to help. the keyless entry to the main areas and rooms was convenient. a lift provided easy access to all floors. cafes and shops were right outside the door, it was amazing
the floors made a bit of noise when walking around. it wasn't a major issue though.

The location worked so well! it was really central, i could walk everywhere. the staff were also super helpful. They helped me with directions and recommendations.
The floors creaked pretty badly. this made it hard to sleep when other guests were moving around. also, i thought a fridge should be in my room with some water. That would have been amazing but was missing.

the staff was friendly (which i appreciated) and always ready to help. the location was central, with access to many restaurants and shops. my room was spacious and clean.
the floorboards creaked loudly whenever someone walked by. the room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been useful for storing drinks. i found only one accessible plug socket in the entire room.

I really appreciated the helpful staff. Patricia assisted us with storing our bikes and luggage. she also helped us locate a bike shop and got the room ready early for us. eskerrik asko!!!
There was no air conditioning, and the ceiling fan wasn't centered over the bed. the floors were also super creaky and loud. It was quite noticeable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This met my expectations.
The wooden floors creaked terribly. I heard every step from other rooms. the bathroom door had no lock, frustrating. also, finding parking was a nightmare. It was quite a distance away and uphill, not ideal with luggage.
